Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in childcare or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed caregiving principles.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, respectful daily care to individuals and families.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal hygiene.
• Distribute meals and essential supplies; maintain accountability.
• Monitor the well-being of children and families; report concerns.
• Document caregiver activities, welfare checks, and incidents.
• Coordinate with government personnel, medical staff, interpreters, and support teams.
