The Buckeye Ranch in Grove City, OH is seeking a System of Care Coordinator for our new Child Wellness Center. You will engage children, youth and families with behavioral health needs, providing care coordination aligned with family-centered, trauma-informed values.

Responsibilities include coordinating with community agencies and Child/Family Teams to ensure families have a voice in services. Competitive benefits and support for professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
• LSW or LPC preferred.
• Previous mental health experience.
• Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with children, youth and families with behavioral health needs.
• Engage families to ensure voice and choice in care plans.
• Collaborate with Child and Family Teams and community agencies to connect needed services.
