Job summary

The Buckeye Ranch in Grove City, OH is seeking a full-time Mental Health Technician for our Child Wellness Center. You will provide direct care and supervise youth aged 6–17, implementing therapeutic activities in a structured, trauma-informed setting.

Responsibilities include individual/group supervision, applying interventions, and fostering a safe, supportive environment to promote recovery and growth. Schedule includes multiple shifts with weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associates degree preferred.
• Active driver’s license and proof of car insurance.
• Minimum one year of mental health experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Experience as Mental Health Technician or related roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group supervision.
• Implement therapeutic interventions.
• Model positive behavioral leadership in a trauma-informed environment.
• Deliver direct care to residents aged 6–17 to promote safety and growth.
