Job summary

SeeAbility is seeking a Behaviour Consultant to support people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions across the South-West region, focusing on Southampton and Portsmouth. You will deliver Positive Behaviour Support plans, train teams in PROACT-SCIPr-UK, and coach staff to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care in people’s homes and supported living settings.
