Job summary

AbsoluteCARE Medical Center & Pharmacy is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Therapist to join the integrated care team. You will deliver short-term, individualized therapy to members with behavioral health conditions, using trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and motivational interviewing to support adherence to medical plans.

As SME within a multidisciplinary team, you will assess using biopsychosocial methods, develop person-centered treatment plans, document in EHR within 3 business days, and

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with 3+ years in behavioral health.
• State licenses permitting clinical practice (LCSW-C or LCPC).
• Experience in community mental health or similar settings.
• Telehealth experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with multiple EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and post-discharge follow-up therapy.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop SMART goals.
• Offer crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
• Coordinate with PCPs, psychiatrists, and care managers.
• Document care in the EHR within 3 business days.
• Promote attendance and address barriers to care.
• Develop and support group therapy curricula.
