Job summary

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania is seeking a Behavioral Health Advocate to provide case management and behavioral health services to participants enrolled in Work Ready and SNAP EARN programs. The role involves addressing social, physical, and behavioral health needs, coordinating with partners, and supporting families throughout enrollment.

The position requires a masters-level degree with licensure to be obtained within six months, and may include occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work or related field, with licensure pursued within 6 months.
• LSW/LCSW acceptable.
• LAPC or LPC acceptable.
• OT licensure acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assess Behavioral Health needs of participants and their families using a comprehensive assessment tool.
• Provide case management and facilitate connections to long-term services.
• Conduct group sessions and coordinate multi-generational events for participants and families.
• Ensure compliance with PA Department of Human Services, Labor, and Education guidelines.
