Job summary

Paycom seeks a Therapeutic Behavior Support Specialist to assist with crisis prevention and debriefing for clients in a Residential setting. You will provide one-on-one support and de-escalation, and lead trauma-informed interventions on the cottage shift.

You will coordinate with the treatment team, oversee medication administration, and collaborate with schools/external providers as needed. A Calm, professional demeanor and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in providing care to clients in trauma-informed settings preferred.
• Certifications in CPR, First Aid, Safe Crisis Management, and Defensive Driving preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support and crisis intervention during daily routines.
• Lead trauma-informed interventions by modeling and coaching staff.
• Conduct crisis evaluations and debriefing with clients as needed.
