Job summary

Achieve Better ABA Therapy in Charlotte, NC is seeking an in-person BCBA to support our clinical team by providing supervision services and serving as an additional set of eyes for our clients and staff. This full-time role focuses on supervision and clinical support, with no primary responsibility for program writing.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Ability to provide in-person supervision in North Carolina.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and mentorship skills.
• Passion for supporting RBT development and delivering high-quality ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Provide up to 50% of the required supervision for cases overseen by remote BCBAs.
• Supervise and support RBTs in the field.
• Conduct observations and provide clinical feedback.
• Complete some assessments as needed.
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, clients, and families.
• Serve as a valuable member of the clinical team, helping ensure treatment integrity and quality services.
