Job summary

Avery's House LLC is hiring a full-time registered nurse to deliver compassionate, trauma-informed care for adolescents in a residential setting. You will administer medications, monitor responses, and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure safety and continuity of care.

Responsibilities include nursing assessments, health screenings, and health education, with on-site scheduling and after-hours triage as needed. Arizona licensure and CPR/FA are required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed RN in Arizona and maintain CPR/FA.
• Trauma-informed, patient-centered care for adolescents.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced residential setting.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to adolescents within a therapeutic milieu.
• Administer medications per physician orders and monitor effects.
• Maintain professional boundaries and therapeutic relationships.
• Document nursing interventions and client progress in EMR.
• Coordinate with prescribers, pharmacy, and labs.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, health screenings.
• Respond to emergencies and crises; de-escalation when needed.
