Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• Current RN license with Oklahoma (or compact) residency within 6 months.
• BLS certification required upon hire; leadership or specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for clinical care and departmental performance metrics.
• Develops quality initiatives, safety culture and bias mitigation strategies.
• Manages budget, resources and organizational financial processes.
• Leads staff coaching, training and performance recognition.
