Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Master's in Nursing preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for clinical care and departmental performance and metrics.
• Supports strategic initiatives through quality initiatives in patient care delivery that promote safety, civility and mitigate bias.
• Develops and updates performance improvement tools, productivity reports, fiscal status and quality statistics.
• Resolves patient complaints in a timely manner in accordance with policy and in collaboration with support staff.
• Establishes and implements policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with relevant regulatory bodies.
