Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience as determined by the company.
• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and monitors quality data and satisfaction measures.
• Acts as clinical expert and mentor to staff.
• Demonstrates leadership and effective communication.
• Applies nursing process to patient care.
• Ensures appropriate staffing levels.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
