Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience as determined by the company.
• Current State of PA RN licensure or multistate licensure via eNLC.
• BSN preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in clinical specialty preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Certification in area of specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and provides professional nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate daily clinical and operational components of the unit.
• Monitor quality and satisfaction measures and act as clinical expert and role model.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and staffing mix to optimize operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.
