The Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Staff Nurse for the 36-hour variable night shift in the Trauma ICU. The RN will deliver patient-centered care to critically ill adults, following Nursing Standards of Care and hospital policies.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing and Massachusetts RN licensure, with at least two years of nursing experience; trauma/surgical ICU experience is preferred. Work location is 75 Francis Street, Boston.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Surgical trauma experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate a plan of care for assigned patients.
• Document patient care clearly and in accordance with standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Provide safe medication administration and patient education.
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement activities.
