We are seeking a Staff Nurse for the Trauma ICU with a 36-hour variable rotation. A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required, along with MA RN licensure. Two years of nursing experience is preferred.

Provides leadership under a nurse manager, plans, implements and evaluates patient care, and ensures safety and quality in a high-acuity setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Massachusetts RN license is required.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for a specific patient assignment.
• Document care and develop comprehensive plans based on initial assessment and data from the health care team.
• Administer medications safely and perform nursing procedures per policy.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and communicate effectively with patients, families and staff.
