CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center - Bergan Mercy seeks a Charge RN to lead a frontline nursing team. You will advocate for staff, manage daily operations, and drive performance and patient satisfaction within a high-acuity setting.

You will mentor nurses, coordinate education, align with unit priorities, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• RN nursing program completed and Nebraska RN license
• CPR/BLS required at hire, ACLS and PALS within specified timeframe
• Experience leading nursing teams and managing unit operations

Responsabilités

• Oversee a department of frontline nurses and advocate for staff.
• Mentor and coach team members and assist with scheduling and education.
• Establish daily work plans and ensure regulatory compliance and patient care standards.
• Lead performance management and improve patient and physician satisfaction.
• Assist in budgeting, payroll tasks, and resource utilization.
• Communicate shared vision and facilitate problem solving for quality outcomes.
