The Catholic Health Initiatives unit CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center Bergan Mercy in Omaha, NE is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced, trauma-centered setting.

You will follow the nursing process, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and focus on patient outcomes, education, discharge planning, and continuous professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN nursing program, upon hire.
• Registered Nurse license in NE upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) required upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 5 months.

Responsabilités

• Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Assess data from psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic and lifestyle factors.
• Plan measurable goals with the patient and multidisciplinary team.
• Implement and modify the care plan, including education and discharge planning.
• Evaluate progress and revise the plan with the team.
