Job summary

Cove Counseling Group is seeking a part-time, EMDR-trained licensed therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD) to provide trauma-informed individual therapy. The position offers flexibility and a supportive community to grow clinical skills and caseload in private practice.

Therapists must maintain a caseload of at least 8 clients and can work via telehealth and/or in-person sessions, with administrative support for billing, scheduling, marketing, and referrals.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD).
• Completion of EMDR basic training and at least one year of utilizing EMDR with clients.
• Commitment to trauma-focused and trauma-informed care.
• Experience supporting BIPOC individuals through trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
• Appreciation for a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
• Interest in building and maintaining a steady part-time caseload.

Job description

This is a contract position, ideal for clinicians seeking flexibility and a supportive community as they grow and develop their clinical skills and caseload in the private practice setting. Therapists must be available to maintain a caseload of at least 8 clients.
