Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or a behavioral sciences field from an accredited college/university.
• Licensed mental health professional in Maryland is required.
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create/implement treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Maintain a caseload of 15 client sessions per week.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to fill gaps in the community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, and school staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and training.
