Job summary
Ellie Mental Health Woodbridge is seeking licensed or provisionally licensed therapists to join our team. You will manage a balanced caseload and provide individual and group therapy with full clinical support and mentorship. Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
- Licensed or provisionally licensed in New Jersey (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW)
- Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
- Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care
- Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families
- Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions
- Participate in clinical staff meetings and training
- Maintain documentation per company policies
