Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field required.
• LCSW or equivalent license to practice independently; CSW or associate license to practice under supervision.
• Spanish language fluency required.
• Experience treating trauma in diverse populations.
• Proficient documentation in EHR and clinical record keeping.
• Trauma-informed crisis intervention training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-focused therapy to survivors, individually or in groups.
• Perform crisis intervention and counseling as needed.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans within 30 days.
• Maintain confidential client files and progress notes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and clinical supervision.
• Prepare quarterly and annual counseling outcome reports.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and cultural sensitivity training.
• Work with families and caregivers for youth clients when applicable.
