Responsibilities

• Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in a Level I Trauma ED
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
• Adhere to trauma-informed care and patient safety protocols
• Participate in continuing education and clinical ladder activities
• Precept and mentor incoming clinicians as needed
