Job summary

River Oaks Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Trauma Program Director to coordinate, implement and deliver all therapeutic services related to the New Orleans Institute for Trauma/Compulsivity Therapy Program. You will oversee clinical operations to ensure top performance and represent the program within the hospital.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling with mental health specialization, a Louisiana license (LPC or LCSW), and at least two years of experience

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Social Work or Counseling with mental health specialization.
• Unencumbered license (LPC or LCSW) by Louisiana board.
• Minimum of two years of experience in individual, group, and family therapy.
• Experience in trauma and compulsive behavior treatment interventions plus relapse prevention.
• Ability to assess needs and provide the required range of treatment modalities for trauma and compulsive behavior clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement and deliver all therapeutic services for the trauma program.
• Develop and present lectures on related topics while representing River Oaks Hospital.
• Oversee clinical aspects of the program to ensure top performance and collaborate with the Director of Business Development on marketing aspects.
• Promote patient care in line with the hospital’s philosophy and ANA standards.
