Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling with specialization in mental health.
• Possesses an unencumbered license; i.e., LPC, LCSW; by a certified board in Louisiana.
• A minimum of two years experience in individual, group, and family therapy; must have experience in trauma and compulsive behavior treatment interventions plus relapse preventions.
• Ability to assess the needs and provide required treatment modalities for clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and deliver all therapeutic services for the Trauma Therapy Program.
• Develop and present lectures on trauma-related topics.
• Oversee all clinical aspects to ensure top performance of the program.
• Oversee all marketing aspects of the department.
