Job summary

Preferred credentials include Adult Acute Care NP or PA-C, with a Master's degree in Nursing or PA training. The position requires weekend and holiday coverage; weekend differential may apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing with Adult Acute Care NP certification required.
• Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program required.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care to acute care and emergency patients within scope of practice.
• Coordinate plan of care, discharge planning, and referrals.
• Document assessments, care plans, and orders thoroughly and accurately.
