Job summary

Benefis Health System in Great Falls, MT seeks an advanced practice provider to join our trauma program. We will consider nurse practitioner and physician assistant candidates with trauma experience required.

The position features a 7 on/7 off model, with duties including daily trauma rounds, admissions/discharges, and coordinating post-hospital follow ups. Our trauma team collaborates with surgeons, neurosurgery, critical care, and other specialties in a high-volume center.

Qualifications

• Experience as Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) in a trauma setting.
• Ability to participate in trauma rounds, admissions/discharges, and post-hospital follow ups.
• Comfort working in a high-volume Level II trauma center with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Daily rounds on trauma patients and admissions/discharges.
• Conduct post-hospital follow-up visits and contribute to trauma committee activities.
• Assist in staff education and training within the trauma program.
