Job summary

All Points North is seeking a licensed Primary Therapist for our Boulder campus to deliver trauma- and addiction-focused therapy. You will develop individualized plans, lead group and individual sessions, and guide clients and families toward durable recovery within a mission-driven environment.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain EMR documentation, and ensure compliance with ethical standards while supporting ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in addiction and mental health treatment.
• Current professional license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, PhD, or PsyD).
• Ability to manage caseload independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication; document clinical information.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and MS Office.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling with a trauma-informed approach.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and aftercare.
• Manage caseload independently with accurate progress notes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families.
• Document progress and discharge summaries.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethics.
