Job summary

All Points North in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Primary Therapist (LPC / LCSW / LMFT) to provide trauma-focused therapy across a full continuum of care, including detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and OP. The role emphasizes a dedicated caseload with clear treatment planning and continuous collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

You will average 4–6 therapeutic hours daily, while maintaining documentation within the workday.

Qualifications

• Texas LPC/LCSW/LMFT licensure required.
• 3+ years treating addiction and mental health disorders.
• Experience across multiple levels of care preferred (residential, detox, PHP, IOP).
• Working knowledge of ASAM criteria and level-of-care placement.
• Training or experience in trauma modalities preferred.
• Strong documentation habits and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy grounded in trauma-informed modalities.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and build individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide treatment and aftercare planning across detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and OP.
• Facilitate psycho-educational, experiential, and process groups.
• Complete progress notes and clinical documentation in the EMR within timelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families on treatment planning.
• Participate in case staffing, supervision, and ongoing training.
