Job summary

All Points North is seeking a Primary Therapist to deliver trauma- and addiction-focused counseling in an inpatient residential setting in Edwards, CO. The role involves individual and family counseling, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to tailor treatment plans and ensure effective care.

The ideal candidate has a master's degree in psychology, social work, or mental health counseling and at least 3 years of residential treatment experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited college/university.
• 3+ years’ experience in residential treatment of Addiction and Mental Health issues; trauma experience preferred but not required.
• Current credentials as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, PhD, PsyD; addiction credentials/certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to individuals and families through a trauma-focused approach.
• Facilitate psycho-educational, experiential and process groups.
• Maintain up-to-date progress and incident notes in EMR.
• Attend regular case staffing with Clinical teams and participate in training sessions.
• Develop and update treatment plans, discharge summaries, and after-care planning.
• Collaborate with clinical and case management teams to ensure coordinated care.
