Job summary

The Redpoint Center in Boulder, Colorado is seeking a compassionate Primary Therapist to join our Teen Program. This full-time, onsite role provides individual, family, and group therapy for teens navigating mental health and substance use challenges within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

You’ll work ~18–21 client-facing hours weekly, participate in morning and/or evening groups, develop personalized treatment plans with families to support growth and recovery, and maintain accurate

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, clinical psychology, or related field.
• Colorado licensure or provisional credential (LSW/SWC/LPCC/LPC/LAC) as applicable.
• Experience with teens in clinical, behavioral health, or substance use settings preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based, trauma-informed, and developmentally appropriate practice.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting therapeutic relationships with teens in a safe, respectful environment.
• Provide individual therapy tailored to each teen’s goals.
• Facilitate teen groups focusing on emotional regulation and healthy decision-making.
• Provide family therapy weekly and coordinate with parents/caregivers.
• Create individualized treatment plans with assessments and goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
