Job summary

All Points North is seeking a compassionate Primary Therapist to join our Denver Assessment Center clinical team. You will deliver trauma- and addiction-informed treatment, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide clients on their recovery path in an on-site setting.

The ideal candidate has a master's degree in a relevant field, a current license (LCSW/LMFT/LCPC/LMHC/PsyD/PhD), and 3+ years of independent caseload experience, with strong communication and collaborative skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in addiction and mental health treatment
• Current license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, PhD, or PsyD) and ability to practice independently

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to clients and families
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely progress notes and documentation in EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
• Complete discharge summaries and coordinate aftercare services
• Maintain compliance with licensing and ethics standards
