Job summary

All Points North's Denver Assessment Center in Aurora, CO seeks a Primary Therapist to deliver trauma and addiction treatment, develop individualized plans, and provide individual and group counseling to clients and families.

The role requires a licensed clinician, ability to manage a caseload independently, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and adhere to APN policies. On-site weekends may be required; strong communication and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in addiction and mental health treatment.
• Current licensed credential (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LMHC/PhD/PsyD).
• Ability to manage clinical responsibilities independently and prioritize client needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients, families, and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to clients and families.
• Facilitate psycho-educational, experiential, and process groups.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and progress notes.
• Manage caseload independently with timely documentation in EMR.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to create aftercare plans.
• Attend case staffings and treatment plan reviews.
• Provide clinical updates to families and referents.
