We are seeking a Trauma/Acute Care Surgery (ACS) Physicianto join a surgical program in Paducah, Kentucky. This is a full-timeopportunity with a unique 26-weeks-per-year schedule,allowing for an excellent work-life balance while providing comprehensivetrauma and acute care surgical services.

Position Highlights

• Employment: Full-Time
• Compensation: $435,000 annually
• Schedule: 26 weeks per year
• BlockSchedule: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off preferred; longeror shorter blocks may be considered
• DailyConsults: Approximately 1–2
• AverageOperations: Approximately 1 per day
• APPSupport: None initially
• EDAnnual Volume: Approximately 39,680 visits
• ProjectedAnnual Consults: Approximately 492, withvolume expected to increase
• ProjectedAnnual Operations: Approximately359, with volume expected to increase

Practice Opportunity

This is an opportunity to helpestablish and grow a developing Trauma/ACS surgical program. The selectedphysician will provide surgical consultation and operative management fortrauma and acute care patients, working alongside an initial team of two surgeons.
