Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner)

UPMC is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant/PA or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner/CRNP) to join our Acute Care Surgery (ACS) and Trauma team at UPMC Williamsport. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-acuity, patient-centered care across surgical, trauma, and inpatient settings within a fast-paced Level II Trauma Center environment.

In this role, you’ll make a meaningful impact managing complex surgical and trauma patients while working alongside a highly skilled, collaborative care team.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Rotating schedule: days, nights, weekends, & holidays
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Full-time schedule based on 1,872 annual hours
• 1 day/week outpatient rotation

Compensation & Incentives

• Annual incentive bonus opportunity (up to 5% base salary)
