Northeast Healthcare Recruitment seeks an experienced Trauma and Acute Care Surgery Physician to join a Level III trauma center in Visalia, California. This role collaborates with attending surgeons, residents, intensivists, and advanced practice providers to deliver comprehensive trauma and emergency surgical services across ICU and wards.

The position offers a collaborative, high-performing team environment with opportunities for perioperative and inpatient care across the surgical spectrum.

Competenze

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery.
• Active California medical license.

Mansioni

• Evaluate and manage trauma patients and emergency general surgery cases.
• Provide inpatient, consultative, and perioperative surgical care.
• Assess critically ill and injured patients in the ICU and wards.
• Perform emergency surgical procedures as indicated.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary treatment plans with teams.
• Assist with patient stabilization, transfer, and discharge planning.
• Maintain medical documentation and uphold patient safety standards.
