Equity LifeStyle Properties in Odessa, FL is seeking a FT Trap Club Ranger at Silver Dollar Resort. The role involves supporting the trap range operations, yard maintenance, and enforcing safety rules to ensure guest enjoyment and compliance with property standards.

You will load traps, operate equipment, assist with routine maintenance, and move heavy items as needed. The position requires outdoor work, a valid driver’s license, and reliable, detail-oriented teamwork with staff and shooters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for long hours and work outdoors in variable weather.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with heavy equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus in repetitive tasks.
• Good coordination to work with range staff, pullers, and shooters.

Responsibilities

• Target loading: fill and restock trap machines with targets between squads.
• Machine operation: turn machines on and off.
• Routine maintenance: clean debris and maintain grounds.
• Safety enforcement: follow range rules and ensure safe conditions.
