Regional CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver | Hazleton, PA Area | Weekly Home Time & $100k Top Earner Potential

• THE EARNINGS & PAY SCALE: Locked-in $1,300 weekly true-up pay when hitting account objectives, with drivers averaging $1,400 to $1,500+ weekly (~$78k to $100k annually) with fast payouts starting right after your first load. Tiered mileage pay ranging from $0.54 to $0.70 per mile based on your verifiable background, plus $50 per load and $35 per stop (after the first stop).
• ROUTE & FREIGHT DETAILS: Regional dry van freight running out of the distribution center, servicing stores across the Northeast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic (no NYC 5-borough or Long Island deliveries!). Haul 100% no-touch, live-unload freight averaging 3 to 4 routes and 1,730 miles per week (1–4 stops per load with a required 10-hour break behind the first delivery stop).
• SCHEDULE & HOME TIME: Home weekly for your 34-hour reset (resets typically fall on Saturdays depending on customer volume, though not guaranteed). Must be available 5.5 days a week, including night runs, weekends, and holidays.
• DRIVER REQUIREMENTS & SCREENING: Bring a minimum of 3 months of tractor-trailer experience behind the wheel, alongside a successful pre-employment DOT screening, physical examination, and drug test.
