Regional Dedicated CDL-A Driver | Front Royal, VA Area | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus & $1,750 Weekly

• THE EARNINGS & PAY STRUCTURE: Average $1,750 every week (~$89,000+ annual potential), with top producers hitting $2,000 weekly and fast payouts starting right after your first load.
• Experience-based base CPM from $0.77 to $0.80, scaling up to an all-in rate of $1.44 per mile when factoring in major accessorials: $265 per full trailer unload, $35 per backhaul, $15 stop pay, and a $125 weekly bonus for completing 3+ loads. Score a $2,500 total bonus paid out across fast milestone checkpoints starting right after your first load up to 180 days.
  
• ROUTE & FREIGHT DETAILS: Regional store deliveries across VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, and WV (all within 700 miles of the Front Royal distribution center).
• Haul 100% touch freight driver unload (box-by-box via rollers) averaging 1,100 miles and 1-6 stops per trailer across a minimum of 3 loads weekly.
  
• SCHEDULE & HOME TIME: Get back home every week for your standard 34-hour reset. Work schedule requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays as they fall within your week.
  
• DRIVER REQUIREMENTS & SCREENING: Bring a minimum of 3 months of tractor-trailer experience behind the wheel, alongside successfully passing a standard DOT physical examination and pre-employment drug screening (requires physical stamina, patience, bringing two weeks of orientation supplies, and double endorsement preferred though not required).
