Compass Connections is hiring for a role at our Harlingen, Texas facility. You will provide transportation for service populations, ensure safety protocols, and maintain logs while supporting children’s needs and coordination with the team.

Hourly Rate: $23.35 an hour.
Language Requirement: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Work Schedule: Must be able to work weekends.
Academic Req: Required - High school diploma, or equivalent.
Certifications: First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention.
Work experience: Required - Excellent driving record for the past five (5) years.
