Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Transporter/Driver to safely transport patients to and from our facility for continuous observation and care. The role includes interaction and role modeling to patients with psychiatric disorders or substance abuse issues, ensuring safety during travel to offsite locations like physician offices, diagnostic centers, ERs, or discharge placements.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years' experience in mental health care,

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of mental health care experience.
• Experience in a healthcare facility preferred.

Responsibilities

The Transporter/Driver provides safe transportation of patients to and from the facility providing continuous observation, interaction, and role modeling to the patients while maintaining safety at all times. The Transporter may also provide direct care to adult patients with psychiatric disorders, as well as substance abuse, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the patients. The Transporter will have the responsibility of ensuring the patient's safety to or from the facility or various offsite locations such as physician offices, diagnostic centers, ERs, Military bases, discharge placements, etc.

Qualifications
