The role requires strong communication with customers, cross-functional teams, and HR/Ops management to recruit, evaluate, and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the transportation industry.
• Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with collecting, analyzing, and reporting transportation data.
• Knowledge of shipping standards and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to manage logistic and order quota needs.
• Supervise driver operations ensuring efficiency, safety, and policy compliance.
• Dispatch trucks and drivers using Samsara for real-time tracking.
• Create truck patterns and delivery destinations in a timely manner.
• Coordinate maintenance with warehouse and drivers.
• Work with HR and Ops Manager on recruitment and performance management.
