Idaho Forest Group is seeking a Terminal Supervisor to lead safe, efficient trucking operations and a high-performing transportation team in Idaho. You will coordinate dispatch, field supervision, and cross-department collaboration with HR, Ops, and maintenance to meet delivery targets.

The role requires CDL, DOT credentials, data analysis skills, and strong leadership. Expect on-site responsibilities, with emphasis on safety and policy adherence, plus a competitive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the transportation industry.
• Valid Class A CDL
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with collecting, analyzing, and reporting transportation data
• Experience with shipping standards, laws, and requirements, including international shipping
• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a DOT drug test, post-offer pre-employment physical, and background check

Responsabilidades

• Communicate effectively and support customers' logistic and order quota needs
• Oversee driver operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies
• Dispatch trucks and drivers utilizing Samsara
• Coordinate maintenance with warehouse supervisor and drivers
• Coordinate with HR and Ops Manager on recruitment, payroll, and performance management
• Arrange towing services for breakdowns
• Coordinate with all drivers and carriers to maximize load efficiency and on-time service
• Work independently with minimal oversight
• Promote and enforce Baker/IFG policies and procedures
