Qualifications

• Four years of full-time or equivalent paid experience in programming, system design and analysis with multiple languages.
• Substitution: graduate degree may substitute for two years of experience.
• Substitution: four years of programming experience may substitute for required training/education.

Responsibilities

• Lead a unit and manage staff in the Transportation Program Analyst 3 role.
• Perform full-performance level work on programming, troubleshooting, and system development.
• Code complex programs and participate in system modifications; may train entry-level programmers.
• Occasional irregular work schedule may be required.
