You will work with project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal rules, prepare and process amendments, and maintain the project status report; travel may be required and a valid driver's license is

Qualifications

• Certification as Transportation Engineering Technician Senior by the WV Transportation Engineering Technician Certification Board.
• Pre-Certification as Transportation Engineering Technician Senior by the WV Transportation Engineering Technician Certification Board.

Responsibilities

• Develop the project estimate using the AASHTOWare software program.
• Prepare and assemble Plans, Specifications, and Estimate documents for submission to Contract Administration for advertising.
