Job Summary:
The Transportation Support Professional (TSP) is responsible for safely transporting individuals with neurodivergence, including Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Autism, to and from designated locations. This role ensures that the individuals we support arrive safely and on time for appointments, employment, and community-based activities while providing compassionate assistance and supervision during transit.

Hourly Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Eligible employees may receive additional benefits including paid time off, health insurance, and professional development opportunities.
Working Conditions:
Flexible schedule required, including availability for early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends. Frequent interaction with individuals requiring accommodations and physical assistance. Physical ability to support passengers with boarding, exiting, and in-transit care.
Drug Testing Policy: While this role involves the care and transportation of vulnerable individuals, our organization does not require mandatory pre-employment drug testing.
