Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 3 years, or high school diploma with 9 years.
• Relevant experience includes transportation operations, supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience leading a team, process, or project.
• Active U.S. Government Secret level clearance required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Program Special Access within a reasonable time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement transportation plans and strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage delivery of goods to and from facilities and ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of transportation equipment and vehicles.
• Monitor transportation expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
• Collaborate with other departments for effective coordination of activities.
• Ensure the transportation team is trained and maintains a safe work environment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Stay informed of regulations and trends and implement changes.
