Job summary

Performance Food Group oversees driver supervision and training to ensure safe, timely deliveries. The supervisor coordinates staffing, coaching, and performance management across the OpCo team.

Responsibilities include monitoring DOT logs, driver payroll related tasks, and ensuring compliance with DOT and company regulations, while maintaining a safe and efficient transportation operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years transportation-related experience with DOT knowledge.
• Associates/2-year technical in business/logistics preferred.
• 4-6 years transportation experience with DOT knowledge in foodservice.
• Supervisory experience.
• Class A CDL license.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates: staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Assists in scheduling and ensuring on-time deliveries and pickups.
• Rides with drivers for training and evaluation.
• Reviews driver trip logs, payroll and expense reports; ensures DOT/OpCo compliance.

Education
