Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare in Mills River, NC is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead daily operations of our transportation services. You will supervise drivers, coordinate schedules, and develop efficient routes to ensure safe, timely client transport.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to safety within a fast-paced behavioral health environment. Full-time hours Monday–Friday, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Previous supervisory, transportation, healthcare, or related experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision to transportation staff.
• Coordinate driver scheduling and ensure adequate coverage.
• Assist with driver onboarding and training.
• Coach drivers and monitor performance.
• Develop efficient transportation routes and monitor schedules.
• Maintain required reports and documentation.
