Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee the Transportation Department at our Harford Facility in Joppa, MD. This full-time on-site role requires supervising drivers, scheduling, and reporting, with a focus on safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, demonstrates excellent communication, and remains calm under pressure in crisis situations to ensure reliable operations and confidentiality.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee orientation, training, and scheduling of drivers within the Transportation Department.
• Staff the department, including the selection and supervision of employees.
• Complete all required reports associated with the Transportation Department.
• Handle transportation calls and inquiries.
• Attend meetings as necessary.
• Model appropriate driving skills to other drivers.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.
• Work independently when needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Title: Transportation Supervisor

Pay: $19 - $21 per hour

Location: Harford Facility 1015 Pulaski Hwy, Joppa, MD

Responsibilities:
