The role will coordinate with drivers, dispatch, sales, and warehouse teams to drive on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

You will develop a culture of accountability, coach drivers, monitor KPIs, and leverage data to optimize routes and fleet readiness in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transportation operations and driving safety culture.
• Ability to analyze delivery data to improve performance.
• Proven track record of coaching drivers and improving on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily AM transportation operation.
• Drive safe execution of all transportation activities.
• Improve on-time delivery performance and operational consistency.
• Ensure driver accountability, coaching, and development.
• Maintain fleet readiness and operational reliability.
• Identify root causes of service failures and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Transportation, Safety, Sales, Warehouse, and Leadership teams to improve overall performance.
• Utilize data, reporting, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop a culture where safety, accountability, communication, and customer service are non-negotiable expectations.
